How IBM gets services marketing out of the mud

Services marketing is the muddiest area on most Websites.

Full of “I feel your pain” content. Sweeping claims of competency. An astonishing lack of details.

Unless you are IBM. This zone provides a checklist that compares what you get with different service offerings. Kudos for a nice little game changer any type of professional services zone can (and should) use.

Face it, the design is nothing to write home about, but the intent (define deliverables and modes) is spot on.
