As I mentioned in a recent blog, we’ve been putting our eBusiness index sites through new usability paces. Most haven’t fared particularly well in light of our tougher standards — with some losing upwards of 1,000 usability points since last Fall.
That is, except HP.com, which seems to be hitting its stride at just the right time.
